Showroom collection
Mattresses are collected from Villa Estella in Brick Kiln Village, Nevis, at an agreed date and time. Showroom visits and collections are by appointment.
We will provide the exact address, directions and collection arrangements after your booking or order is confirmed.
Delivery is separate
Delivery is not included in the mattress price. If you need delivery, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it is available and provide a separate price for your location.
A delivery request is not confirmed until Villa Estella has agreed the location, timing and charge with you.
Mattress only
Your purchase includes the mattress stated in your order. A bed frame, base, foundation, bedding and delivery are not included unless expressly listed in writing.
Mattresses are boxed for easier collection and transport. Please check that your vehicle, doorway and intended bed frame can accommodate the stated mattress measurements.
At collection or delivery
Please check the box and mattress for visible damage as soon as reasonably possible. If anything appears incorrect or damaged, photograph it and contact us promptly so we can help.
Full payment must be received before a mattress is released for collection or delivery.
