How a preorder works
Choose the mattress size and quantity you want. The checkout shows the full order value and the amount due before you approve payment.
Prices are displayed primarily in EC$. PayPal processes the payment in US$. Your bank, card provider or PayPal may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Required number of preorders
Some preorders depend on enough customer orders being combined into a viable factory shipment. We will confirm when the required number of preorders has been reached and the supplier order can proceed.
If the required number is not reached, we will cancel your order and refund your Villa Estella payment in full.
Your right to cancel before confirmation
You may ask to cancel for a full refund before we tell you that the required number has been reached and the supplier order has been committed.
After the supplier order has been committed, a change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not reduce any rights you have where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or the law otherwise requires a remedy.
If Villa Estella cannot fulfil your order
If we cannot supply the mattress you ordered, we will cancel the affected order and refund the payment received for it in full.
Refunds are returned through the original payment method. We will initiate the refund promptly, but the time it takes to appear depends on PayPal, your bank or your card provider.
Arrival and final payment
Shipment and collection timing is an estimate until transport is confirmed. We will update you when we have reliable arrival information.
If you paid only part of the order value, the remaining balance must be paid before the mattress is collected or delivered.
