Products and measurements
Villa Estella mattresses are sold by the name, measurements, features and availability shown on the product page or your written order confirmation. Please order by measurement and check your bed frame before paying.
The purchase is for the mattress only unless another item is expressly included in writing. Product photography is illustrative; small differences in colour, quilting and finish can occur.
Prices and payment
EC$ is the main display currency and US$ is shown as a reference. PayPal checkout is processed in US$. The amount due is shown before payment is approved.
Delivery is not included unless it is expressly itemised. Your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Orders and availability
Launch stock is limited and remains subject to availability. A preorder is subject to the additional conditions in our Preorder & Refund Policy.
If an obvious pricing, stock or product-information error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilment. If we cannot agree the correction, the affected payment will be refunded.
Collection, delivery and inspection
Collection and any separately arranged delivery follow our Collection & Delivery information. Full payment is required before a mattress is released.
Please inspect the packaging and product promptly and contact us with photographs if the mattress is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
Change of mind and hygiene
Contact us promptly if you change your mind. A business is not automatically required to refund a correctly supplied product solely because a customer no longer wants it, although we will consider requests fairly.
For hygiene reasons, a change-of-mind return may not be accepted after a mattress has been removed from its sealed packaging. This does not affect your rights if the mattress is faulty, damaged or misdescribed.
Warranty and legal rights
No additional commercial warranty is promised unless it is supplied to you in writing for the relevant mattress. This does not exclude or reduce any rights or remedies that apply under the laws of St Kitts and Nevis.
